Terms of Use

Ilyzlist is a community fundraising platform where parents, teachers and guardians ("Organizers") create campaigns for small, meaningful goals for children, and where family, friends and community members ("Supporters") contribute. By using Ilyzlist you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account, organize a campaign or contribute.
• Children never hold an account. Every campaign is run by a responsible adult.
• You keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information.

2. Organizers

• You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of every child featured, or that you hold their written permission (and the school's, for a class campaign).
• Your story is true and the funds are used for the purpose you describe.
• You never publish anything that could identify or locate a child: full name, face, school, address, or similar details.
• Ilyzlist may review, pause or remove a campaign that breaks these rules or puts a child at risk.

3. Children's drawings

• The child's family keeps the copyright of every drawing.
• By uploading a drawing, the Organizer grants Ilyzlist a non-exclusive, free licence to display it and to offer digital copies to Supporters, only for the campaign it was uploaded to.
• Supporters may download drawings for personal use only. Resale, commercial use or publication elsewhere is not allowed.
• The family can ask for a drawing to be removed at any time, from the campaign editor or by writing to us. Copies already downloaded by Supporters stay with them for personal use.

4. Contributions

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Ilyzlist never stores your card details.
• A contribution is a voluntary gift to a campaign, not a purchase of goods or an investment. It does not give any right to a refund, except where required by law or in case of fraud.
• Your name and message appear on the campaign unless you choose to stay anonymous.

5. On-chain records and certificates

• Each contribution is recorded on Base, a public blockchain: the campaign, the amount and the date. Your name and email are never written on-chain.
• Blockchain records are public and permanent: they cannot be modified or deleted, by Ilyzlist or anyone else.
• If you activate your proof box (a wallet created with your account), you receive certificates that cannot be transferred or sold. You can remove a certificate from your proof box at any time; the record of the contribution remains.
• Certificates have no monetary value. During the beta, records are written on Base's public test network. See how it works.

6. Content and behaviour

No unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content, no harassment, and nothing that exploits or endangers a child. Report any concern through the contact form: we act quickly, especially on child safety.

7. Liability

Ilyzlist provides the platform and does its best to keep it safe and available. Organizers are responsible for their campaigns and for using funds as described. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they apply.
